Q: Do I have to change dentists if I see a hygienist at Richvale Dental Hygiene?

A: A common question and the answer is absolutely not. Your choice in respect of hygiene care has no bearing on your choice of dentist.

Q: What if my dentist has special instructions?

A: We work with your dentist and consider their input in the exact same way as if they were in the treatment room next door.

Q: Are there any initial charges of set up fees?

A: No, we only bill for care provided.

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: Call or e-mail any time.

Q: Can I choose who provides my hygiene care?

A: Yes, all appointments will be booked with the specific hygienist of your choice.

Q: Can I speak to someone before I choose to book an appointment?

A: Absolutely. Please call or e-mail Mardi Frise at any time and she would be more than happy to answer your questions and discuss your hygiene care options.  We also welcome you to come visit the clinic before making any decisions.
